Your bio and enquiry path

A client who likes your work should never wonder how to reach you. Pick one main way to write to you and make it obvious everywhere.

Step 1: Pick one main enquiry route

Step 2: Write the bio (3 lines)

  1. Line 1: your one-sentence service.
  2. Line 2: one proof you can show (a type of project, a tool, a years-of-work fact that is true).
  3. Line 3: how to enquire, in words: "Message me on WhatsApp for rates."

Step 3: Use the same details in every profile

Put the same name, sentence and enquiry route on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and any marketplace profile you use. Check each site's own help for character limits, they change.

Step 4: Write your first-reply message

Save a short reply for new enquiries. Fictional sample: "Hi, thanks for writing. To give you a proper quote, could you tell me what you need, your deadline and a rough budget? I will reply today."

Google Business Profile, only if it fits

Google says online-only businesses are not eligible for a Business Profile. If you work only online, skip it. If you meet clients in person at a location, check the rules first: https://support.google.com/business/answer/13763036
