A quiet client is often a busy client. One or two polite follow-ups are normal. More than that is pressure.
Who you may message
Only people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
Never scraped numbers, bought lists or group adds.
Three messages
After a quote, 2 to 3 days later: "Hi [name], just checking if you had a chance to look at the quote. Happy to adjust the scope if the budget is a concern."
After 7 days: "Hi [name], I will assume the timing has changed. If you need this later, message me any time."
After delivery: "Hi [name], hope the work is useful. If you are happy to share a short note on how it went, I would be grateful. No pressure."
Easy way out
Always let them say no. Never send more than two follow-ups for one quote.
