  3. Put the same bio and route on your main profile (LinkedIn or Instagram) and one more place.
  4. Save a first-reply message for new enquiries.

  2. Pick one thing to repeat and one to drop.
  3. Plan next week's three posts.
Done when you know what to repeat next week. If the numbers are small, that is normal, keep going.
